Эксклюзив: Родственный бренд группы TeleTrade переориентировался на обслуживание институциональных инвесторов
Хорошо известный, в том числе, и на постсоветском пространстве, форекс брокер Forex Optimum, родственный бренд группы компаний TeleTrade (Телетрейд), с конца прошлого месяца прекратил обслуживание розничных клиентов, передав соответствующую клиентскую базу в руки бренда Esperio.



«В связи с переориентацией бизнеса Forex Optimum Group на обслуживание институциональных инвесторов с 29 апреля 2022 года все обязательства перед розничными клиентами Forex Optimum Group по ранее заключенным договорам берет на себя в полном объеме брокер Esperio», эксклюзивно сообщили представители компании редакции Finance Magnates RU.

Что именно подразумевает обслуживание институциональных инвесторов, на текущий момент, неизвестно. Тем не менее, с недавних пор, на привычном сайте forexoptimum.com размещена лишь контактная форма для связи с клиентской поддержкой. То есть, торговая платформа Forex Optimum более недоступна.

Более того, на вопрос редакции обслуживает ли новый приемник FOG россиян (на фоне драматических событий в Украине), представители компании OFG Cap. Ltd, управляющей брендом Esperio, ответили: «Также сообщаем, что Компания принимает в качестве своих клиентов граждан Российской Федерации».

Приемник или наследник?

Как уже говорилось, ранее Forex Optimum Group принадлежала владельцу ГК TeleTrade, но после безвременной смерти Владимира Чернобая три года тому назад, сменился собственник некоторых его активов, предположительно, в том числе и FOG. Тем не менее, как и сама FOG, управляемая, как уже говорилось, компанией Forex Optimum Group Limited, так и преемница OFG Cap. Ltd (Esperio, esperio.org), зарегистрированы в Сент-Винсенте и Гренадинах (офшоры), причем по одному и тому же физическому адресу.

Что касается Esperio то бренд позиционируется как форекс и CFD-брокер, основанный еще в далеком 2012 году. На европейские рынки бренд вышел в 2018 году, а уже через год его торговый оборот превысил 900 млн долларов (согласно информации самого брокера). В этом году онлайн-брокер планирует расширить экспансию на рынках Африки и Латинской Америки.

Кроме того, как отразился продолжающийся военный конфликт в Украине на деятельности платформы в регионе – пока неизвестно. Тем не менее, еще в прошлом году Esperio усилил присутствие на рынке Украины.
